To sum it up, once again, our statement ” PROVISIONAL ACCREDITATION SARDINIAN GOVERNMENT “, notified on November 6, 2013 to the UNO General Secretariat in New York, to the UNO General Direction in Geneva and the UNO General Assembly Presidency

Recalling the provisions of art. 73 and 103 of the United Nations Charter and UNO Declaration 2007 on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights with reference to preamble and art. 4 and 37.

Considering, the work of the MLNS/GSP as already shown,

Considering, Ratifications and Execution Orders issued by the Provisional Sardinian Government

Considering, the “Friendship and Cooperation Agreements” concluded between the

    MLNS/GSP and other third States.

Bearing in mind the multitude of international Treaties, Agreements etc., which have succeeded in the history of the Sardinia Nation.

Considering the 1996 and 2001 States Responsibility Articles Project

Considered, the International Illegal protracted over time, still being carried out by National    and International Institutions, against the Sardinian National Liberation Movement/Guvernu Sardu  Provvisoriu and the entire Sardinian People.

We therefore note and reinforce the LEGITIMACY OF THE PROVISIONAL SARDINIAN GOVERNMENT, as laid down by International Law, the United Nations and, in particular, the United Nations Charter and the 2007 UNO Declaration on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights.

Referring to the 1978 Vienna Convention, we apply the “Tabula Rasa” principle as provided for by International Law.

We also recall the Project Articles on the Responsibility of the States of 1996 and 2001 and the Convention on the Law of Treaties (Vienna, 23 May 1969)

We also enclose a copy of the “Declaration of Sardinian Nationality” form.

As already previously stated, National and International accreditation of the Provisional Sardinian Government is complemented and completed.

With observance
